Elections on a single voting day should be held in 14 regions: in Vladimir, Tambov, Yaroslavl, Kaliningrad, Kirov, Novgorod, Ryazan, Saratov, Sverdlovsk, Tomsk regions, as well as in Buryatia, Karelia, Mari El and Udmurtia.
